Separate exchange processing from blockchain processing
Open the official withdrawal history and read the current status. Labels vary, but review, processing, pending verification, sent, completed, rejected, and canceled describe different stages.
If there is no TXID yet, the exchange may still be reviewing or preparing the withdrawal. Once a valid TXID appears, use the correct blockchain explorer to check confirmations and the destination address.
Check common reasons for a hold
Security changes, account verification, Travel Rule information, wallet maintenance, withdrawal limits, risk reviews, and network congestion can delay or restrict a withdrawal. Read notices inside the account rather than relying on an estimated arrival time from a third party.
- Recent password or authentication changes
- Email or wallet-address verification not completed
- Travel Rule ownership information requested
- Asset or network withdrawal suspended
- Amount outside current limits
- Exchange review or blockchain congestion
When the sender says completed
A completed exchange status does not prove the receiving platform has credited the deposit. Copy the TXID, verify the destination and network on the explorer, then use the receiving platform's deposit troubleshooting process.
If the address or network was wrong, stop making additional transfers. Preserve all records and contact official support. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be canceled after broadcast.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel a pending crypto withdrawal?
Possibly only before the exchange broadcasts it, depending on the platform and status. Once a transaction is sent to the blockchain, it generally cannot be canceled.
Why is there no TXID for my withdrawal?
The exchange may still be reviewing, verifying, queueing, or rejecting the request. Check the withdrawal history and official account notifications.
The withdrawal says completed. Why has it not arrived?
Check the TXID, network, address, and blockchain confirmations, then inspect the receiving platform's deposit history and requirements.
